My name is Christine Selinger, I am the sole proprietor of Creative by Christine. I am an Instructional Designer, Training Specialist, Tutor, Public Speaker, and Artisan. I provide services on contract either in person in Calgary, Alberta or via virtual (i.e., online) methods. I sustained a spinal cord injury at the age of 19, and have identified as a person with a disability since. I completed two Bachelor's degrees (Science & Education) concurrently while also competing for the Canadian National Team (and winning two consecutive World Championships) in the six years following my injury. I became an Instructional Designer in 2014 and have found purpose in providing reliable, unbiased sex education to adults with disabilities. I love creating things, teaching, and learning. Being an Instructional Designer has allowed me to combine these passions into a profession that I love. I am also dedicated to teaching through tutoring and speaking engagements and I relish in the opportunity to speak openly with others about my experiences as a designer, athlete and person with a disability.
