About Us The Feeder Canal Alliance is a not-for-profit organization created to preserve, promote and maintain the historic Feeder Canal, the last remaining original canal in New York State. Enjoy walking, running, bicycling, canoeing and kayaking the seven-mile Feeder Canal as it flows from the Feeder Dam in Queensbury through Glens Falls, Hudson Falls, and Kingsbury. The canal and towpath today provide recreational opportunities to members of our community as well as providing a glimpse into the past.
