Awaken To Heal is my aim as an individual and in my work with my clients. Working with Acupuncture enhances physical wellbeing and Spiritual Direction works on our thoughts and self esteem. I apply this to many areas of Life, both professional and private. This work is effective in birthing and fertility - be that the desire to have children or to 'birth' a new idea. I am currently working on workshops designed to give emotional support to midwives.
