Zoë’s Place Baby Hospice Liverpool, is 1 of only 3 baby specific hospices in the UK specialising in the 24 hour palliative and respite care for infants aged 0-5 with life limiting or life threatening conditions. The facilities provided by Zoë’s Place are free of charge to all families accessing the service. Each year the financial requirements of the Hospice increases, we currently need to raise approximately £1,600,00 a year just to maintain the facilities we have in our 6 bedded hospice. The respite care at Zöe's Place has proven to be vital to so many of the families who have benefited from our service. We currently support over 55 children & their families. We also provide a bereavement unit called our Snowdrop Suite where families can come to us with their baby in a time that can only be described as unimaginable. This facility unfortunately is used more often than it should but we still need to provide this much needed facility. All funds raised can help us to continue the care that so many families rely on to gain respite such as sleep and even spending time with their other children.
