99 Structural Engineers are based on High Street Kensington and provide structural engineering consulting locally in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (RBKC) and the surrounding area of West London. Our clients include private individuals as well as local businesses such as the Ledbury restaurant, award-winning architects such as Simone de Gale and a series of projects for Kensington Council. Our three main segments are Residential, Carbon Zero and MMC. We provide structural engineering design for basements, extensions and renovations. We design using traditional materials of concrete, masonry, steel and timber. We can also provide sustainable options that move towards Carbon Zero or for accelerated construction programmes using MMC.
