Park Region Telephone is the majority owner of Otter Tail Telcom (OTT) along with minority owner Rothsay Telephone Company. OTT is authorized to provide local telephone exchange service in Fergus Falls, Battle Lake and Henning.Valley Telephone in Browns Valley joined our family of companies in 1998 and we became the cable TV provider for the Browns Valley area in 2007.
