Xiaobing (a.k.a Xiaoice) is a leading brand of Artificial Intelligence in China. Is has been a star-project in Microsoft China since 2014. Since Sep 2020, under the leadership of Microsoft's former executive vice president, Harry Shum, Xiaobing has spinned off as a separate company in China and Japan. It runs office at Beijing (Haidian district), Suzhou (SIP district) and Tokyo (Shibuya).
