The teachers, administrators and staff of Ego-Ideal transitional program are united in their belief of focusing on the ability, not the disability, of each teen and adult with developmental disability. Ego-Ideal offers intensive training in a variety of career options which include in-depth class room instruction and practical hands-on experience. Our employment training programs teach participants workplace skills such as: problem solving, decision-making and teamwork. In addition, Ego-Ideal offers individualized instruction based on your abilities and experience with the ultimate goal of employment. Programs cover resume preparation and interviewing techniques, as well as managing finances.
