Good Connection is a For-Profit Social Enterprise designed to generate new ways that flow with our everyday lives to support the wellbeing of people and the planet. We do this by allowing people to connect, shop and share on our own platform. Our vision is to turn social connectivity into a new and effortless way for companies and consumers to make a positive difference – all at no extra cost to them. In short we provide an online tech platform for web and mobile which allows friends, families, groups, colleagues and like-minded individuals to interact socially in a way that we are all familiar with. However we have completely revolutionised the approach and the ethics behind it are aligned with the UN sustainable development goals. Good Connection allows it’s users to nominate their own favourite good cause, even local ones. For instance they might choose a cancer or animal related charity or, they might want to raise funds to help expand their local football club. All we ask is that the cause can be proven to be a good one. Good Connection directs funds derived from their social interactions and online shopping with thousands of different brands, to the cause they care most about. As a user they are able to see the value that they are creating in real time and can encourage others to help them meet their aims. We use GDPR compliant data for good.
