REFAP was established in 2010 to help more Aboriginal people gain skilled long-term employment in Pilbara workplaces. We support organisations engaging in Aboriginal recruitment programs and those establishing business ventures with Aboriginal Organisations. REFAP’s founder and CEO Triscilla Holborow is a Traditional Owner from the Yaburara and Yindjibarndi tribes. Triscilla leads REFAP with a competitive advantage, having experienced firsthand the challenges that Aboriginal people face in the workplace and where organisations fail when trying to set up successful strategies for Aboriginal people.
