We specialize in the acquisition, ownership and management of free-standing, net leases, single tenant properties in the South Florida trade area. We are proud of the cadre of national tenants. In addition we also take great pride in our “mom & pop” tenants. This demographic of tenant has been the core of the Caval strategy since the company's inception.
