Since 1973, Hubert Cloix has been designing and manufacturing in France a wide range of professional machines for the Food Industry, including pastocuisers, ice cream makers, multifunction pastry machine and coolers.  Its customers include ice cream makers, pastry craftsmen, caterers, large and medium-sized retailers, communities (hospitals, central kitchens), vocational schools and training centers, but also alimentary industry.
