Founded in 2005, MATTE CG was conceived to provide the Ecuadorian advertising market with innovative computer animated spots for TV and Internet Media. What was a two man business has turned into a handful of talented creative people with diversified specialties and interests. Since 2011, MATTE CG has undergone a dynamic growth process that has led to an expansion of its operations to become a diversified creative service company specialized on developing new concept-driven creative projects that are media independent. Our new business model (both reliable and flexible) has led us to create four synergic units we call the labs. The Creative Lab gives birth to any project or property made by our company. With a non-specific team allocated to this lab, anyone from our company may be called to form a per-project creative board based on their expertise and the project's necessities. The CG Lab creates a wide range of computer based imagery from animation to digital illustration. The New Media Lab is a creative group of programmers and designers working together to create products such as video games, web and mobile applications. Matte Lab is an in-vitro chamber for new projects. A creative team devoted to giving depth and shape to any idea for any media, anywhere. Much like a small army in a guerrilla war, we are constantly changing and bending our pipeline to accommodate the project at hand.
