The objective of the Small Business Center (SBC) at James Sprunt Community College (JSCC) is to increase the success rate and the number of viable small businesses in Duplin County and the surrounding areas by providing high quality, readily accessible assistance to prospective and existing small business owners which will lead to job creation and retention. Our SBC is a community-based provider of education and training, counseling, mentoring, information resources and referrals. Assistance is available to anyone currently operating a business or planning a business start-up. There is no charge for our services, but appointments for counseling sessions and advance registration for seminars and workshops are strongly recommended.
