Borg is a young and dynamic - legal and policy-oriented, non-partisan think tank. Borg’s mission is premised on the following critical areas; (1.) Helping decision-makers in Nigeria and Africa make informed choices by providing research-based information to private actors, governments, community-based organizations, and the general public to strengthen decision-making. (2.) Building a knowledge-based society through fostering conversations among researchers, policymakers, communities, and advocates that provide diverse informed perspectives on how to tackle today’s policy challenges. (3.) Mobilising expertise and ideas through amplifying the experiences, and perspectives of the people and communities most affected by laws and policies by including them in how we conduct and interpret our research.
