It takes a lot of efforts to start a company with a cause of helping others. Every company has a story and reason for its existence. We are no different than that, having understood the Canadian Human Resource industry where 55% of the employers are unable to find the right candidate and 35% of those positions are open for more that 90 days. We wanted to support the industry and reduce this deviance. We are a new startup with aim of streamlining the recruitment process by helping both candidates & employers. We extend our support to candidates by providing resume services and over all skill enhancement programs. For employers we have recruiters who have been experts in the particular industry, someone been interviewed for sales position will interact with recruiter who have been working with sales candidates. The owners have over 5 years of international experience in running successful employment agency.
