We have been providing on-site repairs at the railhead/mixing centers/port facilities to vehicles damaged during transportation from the production plant to the dealers throughout the United States and Canada. The following are a few of the repairs we perform: On-Site: Glass, Tires, Batteries, Lockouts, Port related repairs or any miscellaneous repairs using OEM parts. The repairs are performed on-site, monitored and updated per Customer requirements. Off-site: Stolen Recovery Units, Major Damage Units, Safety Related Repairs. Fenkell coordinates the movement of the vehicle to the off-site facility. The repairs needed are clearly instructed and is then monitored and updated per Plant/ Customer requirements. Fenkell will assist in movement of parts needed to complete the necessary repairs. All repairs are logged and monitored globally within our Internet Based Reporting System (Vehi-Trac).
