We provide professional estimating services tailored to meet our customer’s needs. Today, many client’s can not afford to staff estimating departments, and rely on potential engineering and construction quotations for the majority of their estimating needs. Many times, clients have limited in-house estimating experience and often are faced with inaccurate and poor estimates. This can lead to project overruns and cause major project financial concerns. CPCII will help any client establish their estimating organization and business success model. Clients will learn to prepare estimates for early decision making, build detailed estimates, as well as, review estimates prepared by others.
