Spring Reins of Hope (SRoH) is a cutting-edge Eagala Model program based in Central New Jersey since 2009. Our vehicle for success is gained by utilizing the power and grace of Horses for corporate coaching and development. This unique path is experiential in nature and provides rich immediate that can be directly transferred back to the workplace. All activities involve zero riding and require zero previous horse experience to fully benefit. We focus on the use of authentic nonverbal (body language) communication, and negotiation skills through goal-oriented activities with the horses to accomplish immediate improvement for teams and leaders. Horses are immensely useful in finding the hidden clues to some persistent problems or deficits; they are also excellent barometers and teachers of congruence, integrity, and honesty. The field of equine-assisted learning is very powerful and effective work and can accomplish a lot in a very short amount of time. Much of what is gained in an EAL workshop continues to resonate with you long after your day in the paddock.
