Consumer Direct Care Network specializes in providing home and community-based services that assists families and people of all ages, including older adults, children, and individuals with physical, intellectual, or developmental disabilities so they can remain safe, healthy, and independent in their homes and communities. Our services are available in large cities, small towns, and remote rural areas in 13 states and the District of Columbia. We provide a variety of services from traditional in-home care to financial management services for those who self-direct their care and services. We have extensive experience with Medicaid, state health plans, managed care organizations, and with supporting people who pay for their own care.
