High Mark Construction recently opened its Baltimore office but the company began many years prior. Formed by a team of lifelong industry professionals, High Mark was created from a lack of genuinely good construction companies in the area. It’s no secret that general contractors have a poor reputation and often times, they deserve it. Price gauging, inconsistent work and cutting corners, behind schedule, not returning phone calls and absolutely no customer service. The founders of High Mark Construction were tired of working for these bad companies that frankly, didn’t align with their values. They knew they could do better and, so they did.
