www.everydayplantpower.comEveryday Plantpower originated from my enthusiasm about a plantbased lifestyle. I started a plantbased lifestyle in 2012 and this transition process took me about 6 months. During this time I faced some transition issues. For instance how to substitute eggs and cheese, where to find the right products and so on. I also noticed a significant positive change in my physical well being such as losing weight, better hormonal balance, feeling fitter, to name a few. I felt the need to share this with as many people as possible in order for them to experience this wonderful way of living as well. In 2017 I came up with the idea to organize trips to Tel Aviv, Israel. A place where not only plantbased cooking is on a high culinary level, it is also a magical place to be. I consider Israel to be my second home. I have lived there for a year back in 1988 and have many close friends since then. I am fluent in Hebrew and I am well incorporated in the Israeli way of life and culture. In 2019 I was offered the opportunity to organize these trips together with &Olives (former Isropa). During these trips I will accomapny you during three plantbased cooking and baking workshops by three of Israel's best chefs. We will visit many fully plantbased restaurants. I will show you around Tel Aviv, Jerusalem and the Dead Sea. And of course there is time for shopping and the beach. Besides these trips I organize foodcoaching and/or workshops plantbased cooking.
