Our Vivacity Team was created in response to the needs of the training industry. Back in 2019, we undertook a survey entitled “What is Your Problem”, which we sent to our mailing list and we received over 500 responses to the survey. We received a lot of feedback, but the biggest three responses were Time, Money, and Compliance. Now we were all over compliance, but what we found was that a lot of RTOs did not have the time and or resources to train their team in compliance and the other requirements for their RTO. This is where the Vivacity Team first became an idea for our CEO Angela Connell, who has diligently focussed on getting this vital service out to the RTO Community.
