Damascus Outreach Association (DOA) was established in 2008 and our mission statement is to provide programs and services to children and families in northeastern North Carolina. We accomplish this goal by providing rigorous after-school programming and activities designed to foster the whole child by improving character, academic performance, health/wellness and social-emotional outcomes necessary to create academically and behaviorally sound students on the path to successful college, career, and life experiences.
