Journey to Independence ("JTI") is a Utah non-profit who’s focus is to search out troubled young adults (and their families) from across the US for whom the cost of receiving transitional living assistance has become too high. JTI provides assistance that allows them to enroll or remain in a transitional living program. JTI strives to help young adults who are struggling to live independently, caught up in substance abuse, emotionally immature, or otherwise not ready to make it on their own. JTI’s mission is to help these troubled young adults who are financially limited by providing them with the means they need to learn positive values and life skills necessary to become independent, live independently, and face the adversity of life in a rational and mature way.
