Empowering Girls Through Sport....and that sport is field hockey. We love hockey! It comes from that passion for the game, that Omega was created. The omega female is very strong, smart, and independent, usually outsmarting or outperforming the alpha female in confrontations or competition. We believe that when you bring the right level of coaching to the right number of girls, a lot can happen, like confidence, competitive drive and character. We believe that the girls should have fun and experience what it is like to be strengthened by sport.
