Black Lotus creates spaces for you to build the type of wellness plan that is best for your mind, body and spirit. We do this by offering yoga and mental health services from a culturally and trauma-informed perspective. We recognize the effects that intergenerational trauma and oppression have historically had on Black and Brown communities, and our services incorporate an awareness to this fact. Addressing our physical and mental health is often not done with the cultural and historical experiences of Black and Brown folx in mind, and we are here to address that. Whether that is in a one to one setting, a group of close and trusted friends, or with a larger group, we are here to meet you where you’re at, and support you on your path to mental health and wellness.
