Fiesta The Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi is the oldest and one of the most respected B-schools in India. As a centre of excellence and a pioneer in management education, we have always believed in maintaining excellent relations with the corporate world. As a step in that direction, the Faculty of Management Studies initiated FMS Fiesta, a programme which envisages participation from corporate luminaries, national leaders and prominent Business schools across the country. Fiesta started in 2005 as the Annual Management fest of FMS. Fiesta promises to be an excellent platform for exchanging ideas and disseminating information. Fiesta is an anthology of the most diverse and challenging business games, paper presentations, case studies, workshops, B-Plan competitions etc. Known for its innovative and high quality events, conducted in the past – FIESTA is a management festival which has huge importance in the academic calendars of Business Schools across the country. Annual Leadership Summit: Fiesta brings with it the Annual Conclave(Held in September) and Annual Convention(Held in January & February) which have a rich tradition of 35 distinguished years and has over the years, provided excellent opportunities for leading policy makers, industry leaders, academicians, entrepreneurs and management thinkers to get together and brainstorm on latest management trends and path-breaking innovations in the industry. The theme for the Annual Conclave 2013 was "The need to restructure our educational, administrative and business systems" and Annual Convention 2014 was "Innovation & creating shared value: The need of the hour for sustainable development & progress in India."
