Iowa Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, Inc is a non profit professional organization of Registered Dietitian Nutritionists (RDN) and Dietetic Technicians Registered (DTR). The Iowa Academy is an affiliate of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, an international organization with a vision of 'a world where all people thrive through the transformative power of food and nutrition' and a mission of 'accelerating improvements in global health and well-being through food and nutrition'. Members of the Iowa Academy have a vision to 'optimize the health of Iowan's through food and nutrition'. The mission of the Iowa Academy is to 'empower members to be Iowa's food and nutrition leaders'.
