We started our journey to do something similar to the youth of Bangladesh. As an organization, we started it on 13th July 2018. We named our organization CAREER 360, a rising youth organization of Bangladesh. Journey to your desired career is not a paved way at all. Students complete their graduations and still cannot reach to their desired goal or fix a certain career. The existing challenges of unemployment, multiple forms of inequalities and exclusion of vulnerable or marginalized youth groups make it difficult for typical youths of Bangladesh to take a proper decision for their career. We felt the necessity to take a structured initiative for our youths, as they need a proper guideline to act on and also need to increase their skills and abilities to use their potentiality properly.
