Our main occupation is the area of structural engineering, especially superstructure work. This basically means the construction of hospitals, retirement homes and nursing homes, medical centers, administration and business buildings, hotels, production and industry facilities, data centres, municipal buildings, community centres and places of worship, residential facilities and exclusive housing. Some of those are redevelopment projects, portfolio expansions and existing building conversions. Usually we do all of the service phases of HOAI § 51 1-6, and if wanted to, we can do phase 8 (object monitoring) as well. Furthermore the planning of big excavation pits, deep foundations and other kinds of special foundations and pit enclosures is what we do. As a special service our team often works out constructive fire protection, thermal insulation and sound insulation.
