The leadership position achieved by LT Renewables in the EPC, Revamping/Repowering and O&M of renewable enrgy plants, has brought to the acquisition of the company by Terna S.p.A. (the Europe’s largest independent electricity transmission system operator) in October 2021. With this acquisition, LT Renewables achieves the ambitious management target of 1 GW as O&M provider.
