We are the largest rural water development company in northern Australia, installing thousands of kilometers of poly pipe and hundreds of water tanks in the NT’s most prestigious pastoral holdings each year. There are five businesses under the Bilba Group umbrella: Northern Stock Water, Elsam Pipe Systems, Joco Fencing, Great Northern Tanks and Bullwaddy Pastoral Co. The Bilba Group’s rapid expansion has seen it annually invest more than $20 million in the Northern Territory as well as a new Darwin-based operation. We take a holistic approach to water development and infrastructure, manufacturing and supplying high-quality products to cattle stations,mining, marine and industrial industries. We are the only NT supplier to manufacture our own poly pipe, concrete troughs, selected fittings and barb wire. Our own cattle stations—Bullwaddy Pastoral Co—run 90,000 head of cattle on 1.4 million hectares. Our three-year program installing extra water infrastructure will increase that number to 170,000 head, making it one of the largest beef producers in the Northern Territory. We continually test and refine all the products we manufacture on our own stations, so our clients know our recommendations are first tested and proven on ourselves.
