The Connective Leadership Institute (CLI), formerly the Achieving Styles Institute, is a leadership development and research firm founded in 1984 by Harold J. Leavitt and Jean Lipman‐Blumen. CLI's mission is to provide leaders globally and locally with visionary, but pragmatic, research–based Connective Leadership™ Development programs and strategies for succeeding in a world where interdependent, but diverse, groups must live and work together productively. In a world where inclusion is critical and connection inevitable, CLI offers sound and realistic alternatives for improving leadership practice, stimulating innovation, encouraging "hot groups," implementing change, and dealing with crisis.
