We have been serving the Seneca-Babcock community since 1975. We do not require that you live in the Seneca-Babcock community or possess any previous memberships to join our organization. We serve all of Erie County. We do ask that you support our organization through regular participation in activities. The Seneca-Babcock Community Association (SBCA) is dedicated to serving our community by providing valuable human services. Our members enjoy all the perks of our organization for FREE! Our organization has been widely-recognized as the best of its kind. Our membership is growing at a steady pace. With this growth, we have been able to accomplish more, and have a larger impact upon our community. The Seneca-Babcock Community Association was established as a not-for-profit corporation, whose purpose was to establish, maintain and operate a community center to conduct and sponsor recreational, cultural, and educational events and activities. The center offers comprehensive human service programming to the residents of the Seneca-Babcock community, as well as surrounding communities. These services are aimed at all age groups of this historically low to middle income area. The center has become the focal point of the community, providing daily human service programs for all age groups.
