The Kailee Mills Foundation informs the public on the importance of seat belt use while encouraging and inspiring communities to protect themselves and their passengers by always wearing their seat belts. Our programs include seat belt awareness, college scholarships, first responder support, and family assistance (financial and counseling assistance to families who have lost someone in a car crash).
