Hatha Yoga with Erin was founded by Denver yoga teacher, holistic health practitioner and writer Erin Mathiason. With 22+ years and thousands of hours yoga teaching experience, Erin is recognized by the Yoga Alliance as an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher and a Continuing Education Provider (YACEP) through Yoga Alliance. Join Erin for online yoga, tai chi, meditation & yoga philosophy classes. Erin's classes are designed to be older adult friendly. Interested in teaching yoga to older adults? Erin is creating a Wise Body Yoga 30-hour specialty training with her business partner Susan Bhat. This training will be available soon. Erin also offers Yoga Philosophy Talks on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of every month. She completed Embodied Philosophy's 300-hour Yoga Philosophy training. Erin also has hundreds of hours of yoga philosophy training with Dr. Douglas Brooks. She is currently writing a book on the contemporary history of American yoga.
