Amico Lane was founded in January 2017 in Washington D.C. to provide owners in condominium associations with a proactive, tech-oriented, and yet hands-on approach to property management. Amico Lane understands the stressors of managing a condo association, providing condominium associations and owners deep knowledge and experience in the maintenance and governance of their communities. We, moreover, provide the boards of associations a structured process to help them make more efficient and better decisions.
