Bright Spaces is the end-to-end digital leasing solution for commercial real estate. We are enhancing the showcasing, inventory & lead management, reporting, and communication between landlords, brokers, and tenants. The idea of Bright Spaces was born in April 2019, when our team won the first Real Estate Hackathon in Romania organised by Proptech Romania. Three months later, we were voted No. 1 at the Proptech Demo Day by various investors from all over Romania. We exited our previous businesses and since then, are completely dedicated to creating the best interactive showcasing solution for office spaces. Our tool allows Landlords to better showcase their spaces and optimise off-plan leases using digitisation of all the information regarding the building and the available spaces as well as web-based 3D visualisation for floor plans and exterior amenities. In November 2019, we secured our pre-seed round, led by Sparking Capital together with Growceanu (Adrian Erimescu from Imobiliare.ro and 6 other Business Angels) and Ilinca Păun, investor in Impact Hub Romania. In March 2020 we got accepted in the 8th cohort of Pi Labs Proptech Acceleration Programme in London, together with 4 other companies, from a total of 600 entries all over Europe. In July 2021, we raised our second investment round, of EUR 1.5M, from Lead Investor Axeleo Capital, together with Pi Labs, Sparking Capital, Growceanu and a group of international angel investors. Our team brings more than 10 years experience in developing Digital Products & Experiences for more than 150 clients all over the world. We are now dedicated to our goal to implement a more efficient and comprehensive way of showcasing Office Spaces.
