Sobro is an investment company focusing on developing Swedish unlisted companies operating in attractive markets. We partner with previous owners and/or management to continue to grow and develop the business. We invest in companies with a turnover in the range of SEK 70-500 million and we normally seek ownership of at least 50 percent. Currently, we are co-owner of eight companies with a combined turnover of over SEK 3.5bn and 1,500 employees. Sobro is privately financed implying an ownership characterized by quick non-political decisions, long-term view and strong focus on the business. We are currently majority owner of NCS Colour, Tengbomgruppen, ByggDialog, Claremont, Vinnergi, Mercur, Dafo Vehicle and Truesec.
