What We Do: • We provide Smart Food consulting services, training and resources to public and private organisations in order to help them develop and implement their environmental and social agenda. • We provide consulting, support, training and coaching to restaurants (industrial and commercial catering) to help them develop their Smart offer and increase their customer base. • We support individuals in their transition towards a Smart Lifestyle through education, coaching and group programmes. Our Services Include: • Audit, identification of needs, elaboration of impact plant, implementation and monitoring • Training, resources and concrete solutions for professionals in the industrial and commercial catering sector, such as best practice guides in nutrition, recipes, new food trends and impact measurement tools; • Advice on value & supply chain transformation to enhance local production & the circular economy, including waste management; • Education/health programmes for employees, including immersive experiences, training, collective coaching, activities–workshops and team building–to improve their wellness/health and learn how to minimise their environmental impact; • Advice and guidance on how to obtain the B Corp Certification, the credential for businesses who meet the highest environmental and social standards.
