SPARX Enterprise Architect was used for the modelling. Client: Australian College of Applied Psychology (ACAP), a NAVITAS Educational Institution • Investigated the ACAP processes for administration of student details and identified the inefficiencies and suggested remedies. (The systems used were EDUPOINT and SALESFORCE) • Mapped the FEE HELP processes using Visio to aid understanding of the process. • Reviewed the technical (web services) specification produced by DEEWR. • Advised on automating the CHESSN number for the DEEWR HIMEM system. Client: UGL Services • Re-engineered the Service Delivery Model for Westpac Contract: • Financial Management and Control, Facilities Management, Real Estate Management • Workplace Management, Program Management, Environmental Management • Supplier and Vendor Management, Customer Service Centre, OH & S Client: Lloyds International • Personal Properties Securities Register (PPSR) project. • This project included a creation of a SharePoint Website for all stakeholders to collaborate on the security interests of Lloyds .
