Homo Novus is the Management Consulting and HR service provider startup currently working with ESCP Europe. The scope of the organization is to create a first contact between students and companies thanks to consulting projects, workshops, seminars and different activities related to the Consulting Environment. When clients are looking for interns, they will prefer someone that already knows the company and has worked with them rather than interviewing external people. For this reason, Homo Novus aims at closing as much as possible the gap between companies and students in the early stages of the university studies.
