The mission of Pro Cyclist Foundation is to offer male and female professional cyclists improved access to legal, wellness and career guidance services. Our Foundation is designed to be a centralized support network, and to help connect the cycling fan base directly to the athletes. Due to the structure of the sport, most professional cyclists lack adequate compensation and benefits. Through the establishment of a permanent endowment, the Foundation seeks to fund programs and grants that provide assistance to current and former – male and female – professional cycling athletes. The Pro Cyclists Foundation is primarily funded from an annual corporate donation from Black Swift Group LLC, an independent investment manager based in Denver, Colorado. Black Swift Group LLC is a large supporter in the cycling community and is committed to the mission of the Foundation. Emulating the funding model of the world’s most successful nonprofit organizations, the Pro Cyclist Foundation sets itself apart from the rest.
