Born out of the 100 Black Men of the Bay Area Inc. the Mentoring Opportunity League was founded in early 2021. We established a sports mentoring themed incubator program as an act of service. The concept was to build a rapport with Bay Area students of color interested in developing leadership and networking skills while navigating the workforce. Our team of leaders designed a one of a kind mentoring scheme that captivates our mentees interests and addresses their personal and educational needs.
