BeiT offers an all-in-one solution that helps property and facility managers efficiently manage their residential buildings by digitising, automating and centralising all their core processes. We enable their tenants to save up to 30% on their utility bills (electricity, gas, water, heating, A/C) through real-time energy tracking, monitoring and optimization tools. Our solution digitises the management of all transactions within buildings by migrating relevant data into one smart open data platform and becomes the single source of information for the management of housing finances, administration, planning and maintenance for all properties in the portfolio of our customers. We integrate the majority of IoT devices on the market for remotely utility management, we provide them with a Saas platform including automated accounting and billing features and a mobile application for end-users. Our system is applicable on a large scale, can be fitted to any type or age of building, anywhere in the world without substantial investments. It is also able to adapt to local legislation in European countries. In addition, our system works with an open API so we can integrate additional assets and service management solutions.
