The Sequoia Symphony Orchestra is a world-class symphony that produces eight concerts each season, along with seven concerts in public schools throughout the region. SSO has two full-time staffers, a contracted music director/conductor, and a board of directors. Each season, approximately 65% of SSO’s operating budget is generated through fundraising efforts that include individual contributions, sponsorships, grants and paid advertising.
