We are a network of Indigenous workers, business owners and leaders. We want a strong, healthy resource sector in Canada so we can benefit from the jobs and prosperity it brings. Having a good job means earning a livelihood that can support our families, provide our children with opportunities, and have financial independence. It means moving away from poverty and reliance on income support. We want to work together to build a better, fairer, resource sector that includes Indigenous peoples, including as owners and equity stakeholders, so that we can have stronger, more independent communities.
