QMS Maritime Training Center has almost 30 years of successful operations, based on IMO specifications and educational management philosophy, and well over 35,000 trainees since its establishment in 1996. Based on the principles of Ethical Maritime Training, it offers over 100 different courses and programs (both continuous education and statutory). Our aim is to cover all levels of knowledge and ability, for seagoing and retired mariners, shipping company shore staff and senior executives for further professional development, through classroom, online, workshop, on-location and on-board programs. QMS Maritime Training Center follows current legislative trends and new market requirement and strives to provide new courses, thus earning the respect & support of the international shipping market. QMS Maritime Training Center operates a full range of marine simulators for Bridge, Engine, ECDIS, GMDSS and LNG/LPG/Oil/Chemical/Dry Bulk Cargo Handling. It is also an ECDIS Type Specific Training Partner for JRC, Chartworld and Kelvin Hughes training. It is approved by RINA for ISO 9001:2015, by Marlins as the only ICS Marlins English Language approved Test Center in Greece, and recognized by The Nautical Institute for its courses for continuing professional development. Finally, it is certified by Cyprus, Malta, The Marshall Islands and Palau Flag Administrations to conduct courses on their behalf. QMS Maritime Training Center offers high training standards, modern facilities, marine simulation laboratories and workshops, and a comprehensive range of courses for both ship and shore-based personnel. Training core classes are offered for: STCW for statutory certification; Operational & Technical courses for both deck and engine officers; SSQHE courses; Management courses, including all soft skills; and Assessment services, as per TMSA, TOTS programs, Maritime English and Psychometric Profiling.
