Ice cream from Skarø is a series of organic ice cream made with quality Danish ingredients. The ice cream is produced on Skarø island in the South Funen, Denmark. Skarø is produces three categories of ice cream: Gourmet ice cream; Soft ice and our Specially Designed functional nutrition ice cream for the health sector. It's a quality product constructed upon unique recipes and special technology for different consumer or patient segments. We create our own recipes with the aim of achieving a great taste that is certainly good for our customers health. What makes our ice cream unique is the fact that it is made with birch sap, seaweed and only organic ingredients.
